- Amendments to General Plan - Mixed Use Growth Development and related Economic Development Strategies
The City amended provisions of the General Plan, within the Community Development and Economic Strategies Elements pertaining to mixed use development, including minor clarifications to the definition of the mixed use land use designation and minor clarifications to various goals, policies, and/or programs pertaining to mixed use development and related economic development strategies.
- Amendments to the General Plan - Miscellaneous Text Clarifications (October 2018)
The City amended text within the General Plan to update miscellaneous provisions of the following elements: Community Development, Circulation, and Safety and Noise; and, also to update various definitions and related provisions to ensure consistency with State law and related provisions in the City Zoning Ordinance. The amendment includes clarifications of provisions related to: mixed use development, implementation of residential density limitations, development of a City library and related provisions pertaining to flood control and stormwater runoff, as well as necessary conforming changes to other sections of the General Plan to ensure consistency. The amendment updated provisions of the General Plan that have already been implemented by the City or which are no longer applicable.

- Amendment to General Plan Map - Mayhew Residential Project (2017)
The City approved a General Plan Map Amendment for a project at 100 Mayhew Way. The previous land use designation was Office, but due to a proposed residential project, the property was re-designated to Multi-Family Low Density.
- Amendment to General Plan and Map - Establishment of Tourist Commercial Land Use Designation
The City approved a General Plan Amendment to establish a new General Plan Land Use Designation (Tourist Commercial). The new land use designation would provide visitor serving commercial and service uses within the City.

- Amendment to General Plan and Map - Oak Park Properties Specific Plan
The City approved a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation for the 1750 Oak Park Boulevard from Semi-Public and Institutional to Multi-Family Low Residential. The amendment included modifications to re-designations to residential density.

- Amendment to the General Plan and Map - 490 Golf Club Specific Plan
The City approved a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation for a portion of 490 Golf Club Road, for the 490 Golf Club Road Specific Plan. The amendment included creating a new General Plan Designation - Multifamily Very High Density Land Use Designation. The new land use designation allows residential density up to 73 dwelling units per net acre (DU/AC).

- Amendment to the General Plan and Map - Blake Griggs Multifamily Specific Plan Residential Project (85 Cleaveland Rd)
The City approved a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation at 85 Cleaveland Road, for the Blake Griggs Multifamily Specific Plan Residential Project. The amendment included creating a new General Plan Designation - Cleaveland Multifamily Very High Density Land Use Designation. The new land use designation allows residential density up to 93 dwelling units per net acre (DU/AC).

- Amendment to the General Map - 401 Taylor Boulevard Residential Project
The City approved a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation for 401 Taylor Boulevard for a new residential project replacing a former office use at 401 Taylor Boulevard. The amendment included designating the site Multi-Family Very Low Density Land Use Designation.
