A city subdivision west of Pleasant Hill Road composed of Diablo View Road, Wildwood Place, Limewood Place and Wildwood Court, collects storm water run off into a pipe system that runs east under Pleasant Hill Road and into a private ditch and pipe before flowing into a roadside ditch on Diablo View Road.  Several properties adjacent to the private ditch have experienced flooding.  The project will intercept the storm water before it reaches private property, install new storm drain piping and inlets along Pleasant Hill Road and Diablo View Road and connect to the existing storm drain system.
