Overview

The Zoning Administrator is staffed by a City staff member. The Zoning Administrator reviews Minor Variances, Minor Use Permits, and Minor Subdivisions.

The Zoning Administrator holds public hearings on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 5:00 pm in the City Hall Public Works and Community Development Conference Room.
