The City of Pleasant Hill is committed to waste prevention, reuse, recycling, home composting and the proper disposal of household hazardous waste products. The City implements numerous programs to help reduce the community’s impact on the environment. In partnership with Allied Waste, the City offers recycling programs for all residents and commercial customers.
