Economic Development Strategic Plan

This Economic Development Strategic Plan was developed under the former Redevelopment Agency. The purpose of the Plan is to assist the City in preserving, protecting and enhancing the economic investments that have already been made and will continue to be made throughout the City. The Plan is designed to communicate the City's goals and policies and to complement the City's General Plan.
